Executive Search Research (ESR) has been providing an alternative to traditional internal and outsourced recruitment (Executive Search) since 1997. Using a process-driven approach developed from best-practices techniques used by the top five executive search firms, ESR has become the leading provider of quality candidates in both the US and Europe.
From 1997 to 2001, ESR worked exclusively as an outsourced partner to leading executive search firms, managing the entire candidate identification, screening and development process. In 2001, ESR eliminated the search firm intermediaries from its process in order to service its clients more effectively and directly. That same year, ESR launched its US operations based in Los Angeles and since that time has established a client base of leading mid-size and Fortune 500 companies throughout North America.
Since its inception, ESR has worked on over 3,100 engagements, covering practically all industries, functional areas and levels of responsibility. 85% of ESR's projects stem from repeat business, and 80% of the firm's engagements result in at least one successful hire.
ESR has offices in Los Angeles, London and Oslo, and presently employs 17 full-time consultants, 10 of whom focus on the North American market
