Biography
As Director, Research and Candidate Development, Jessica supervises the research team and works hands-on with clients to ensure full penetration of the marketplace for each assignment. Jessica applies her aggressive, research-based approach to overseeing a wide variety of recruiting projects for ESR.
Jessica joined ESR after serving as Senior Account Executive for Yahoo!/Hotjobs, where she achieved the Platinum President's Club and established herself as the company's Top Producer in the US. She began her career with Pathfinders in New York and AC LION International in Los Angeles, where she focused on high technology recruiting assignments. Jessica conducted her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina in Wilmington.
When she's not recruiting, Jessica spends her time cooking and enjoying fine cuisine. She was named one of the top three cooks in the television series "Hells Kitchen" with Gordon Ramsey, which aired on FOX in 2005. |
