Biography
Christin Tellefsen is Director, International Assignments at ESR USA and divides her time between the Los Angeles and London offices to supervise global assignments. Christin has been with ESR since its inception in 1997 and co-founded ESR's US operations in 2001 along with Christian Schoyen.
Prior to joining ESR, Christin worked for the world's largest retained executive search firm, Korn Ferry International, where she directed international middle and upper-management recruiting projects. Christin conducted her undergraduate studies at California Lutheran University and has co-authored several books on recruitment. She has also been ranked as one of the top five female headhunters in the country by a leading Norwegian business magazine. Before working in executive search, Christin was Sales Manager at a leading publishing house in Norway before she later on was active in starting up a newspaper covering international business.
In addition to her active professional career, Christin enjoys casting Hollywood films by applying the same techniques she uses in executive search. |
