Biography
Christian Schoyen is the Managing Director and founder of ESR (London, 1997). In 2001 he co-founded ESR USA (Los Angeles) with Christin Tellefsen. With more than 14 years of experience conducting senior level, Christian has established himself as a leading expert in the field of executive search.
Prior to founding ESR in 1997 he worked for two of the worlds largest retained executive search firms: TMP/Ward Howell International Executive Search in Los Angeles and Chicago and A.T. Kearney Executive Search in Scandinavia. Christian received his B.B.A from Pacific Lutheran University and is the author of the best-selling book in the US on modern executive search: "Secrets of the Executive Search Experts". Before working in executive search, Christian was Founder and Editor-in-Chief of a newspaper covering international business.
In addition to his active professional career, Christian enjoys casting Hollywood films by applying the same techniques he uses in executive search. |
