Biography
Christian Schoyen is the Managing Director and founder of ESR (London,
1997). In 2001 he co-founded ESR USA (Los Angeles) with Christin Tellefsen.
With more than 15 years of experience conducting senior level, Christian has
established himself as a leading expert in the field of executive search.
Prior to founding ESR in 1997 he worked for two of the worlds largest
retained executive search firms: TMP/Ward Howell International Executive
Search in Los Angeles and Chicago and A.T. Kearney Executive Search.
Christian received his B.B.A from Pacific Lutheran University and is the
author of the best-selling book in the US on modern executive search:
"Secrets of the Executive Search Experts". Before working in executive
search, Christian was Founder and Editor-in-Chief of a newspaper covering
the job market.
In addition to recruiting Christian has been coaching thousands of people on
how to improve their lives and careers. |
