Assignment Profile:
The company is expanding and seeks four new Key Account Executives to grow sales and manage accounts in various regional offices across the country.
Search Strategy:
- Develop a nation-wide target list of direct competitors as well as companies offering parallel services in-house through specialized departments
- Identify Account Management, Sales, and Business Development professionals in the targeted companies and departments who have consistently exceeded $multi-million quotas
- Select candidates who have been successful working independently and with limited resources
- Network with possible sources of referrals, such as niche industry associations, to further penetrate the specialty field and build the candidate list
- Determine which candidates will be “personality fits” for the organization and can be seen as promotable to a management role within the next 18-24 months
- Distinguish candidates with demonstrated success in managing, retaining, and landing large enterprise accounts
